Kybernic is the practice of Gaurav Shukla. Across nearly two decades in social media, content platforms, online marketplaces and sales, he has built and led the operations that keep the world's largest platforms safe. Most recently, as Head of Global Response Operations for Europe at Meta, he directed a multi-country organisation spanning content integrity, enforcement and crisis response, led its transformation to agentic AI workflows, and held end-to-end responsibility for operations protecting billions of people.
That work now spans three fronts: the digital trust that keeps a platform safe and defensible, the readiness an organisation needs to adopt AI with confidence, and the agentic systems reshaping how operations run.
